Algae ???

I know this has been covered but easier to ask,what additive to prevent on a sitting truck for winter.

One Product is Kill 'em and another is Petrolabs "Diesel Power" They both prevent the formation of Algae and harmful acids.

I buy mine through a fuel distributer, Chevron (Home oil, gasoline, diesel)

Power Service, makes Biocide, NAPA has one but I can't remember the name. Any fuel supplier will have it.

fuelman, do a search on post by TJ. Awhile back he had algae and lot of people post info on there. It might have more sources.

I use BioBor Jf. Its works great. Most marine suppliers have in stock.

In my neck of the woods (Calif.) the boat dealers never heard of BioBor let alone Algae. One thing I did learn is ya just gotta read the can and if it don't mention "Algae" move on to the next.

Ya'd thing that Cali don't have a coast line.
