an electrical supply house would be your best bet but its gonna be expensive for a on time use just use a uni bit or step drill what ever you call it they dont leave a outta plane hole when you drill sheet metal
I used a uni-bit when I installed mine the other day and it worked great. Just make sure it is a new one, or the old one might wear out halfway through.
2nd vote for a step drill bit. I just installed mine two weeks ago and did all 5 big holes with a step drill bit that goes up to 1 1/4". I only paid $15 for it at Princess Auto but you don't have one of those in the USA. Drilled 1/8" pilot holes for the three with my template, then upsized them to 1/4". Then I used the step drill bit to take the center hole up to almost 1" - I just kept checking to make sure it was big enough to handle the middle part of the clearance light where the harness attaches.

I bought my uni-bit at Home Depot. It went from 1/8 to 7/8. Cost me $33, but it did the job well, although i could tell it was getting a little worn towards the last couple of holes. I drilled all of my holes with it though.

You don't have to remove it--just pull down the front enough to catch the metal shavings and attach & hook up the lights. 2 sunvisors, 2 sunvisor retainers, and 2 push pins---EASY.

You also have to remove the driver and passenger side pillar trim. It just snaps into place, just thought I would add that. I also found that you can get the headliner down a little more if you pull the weatherstipping back just a little.
