HI All, Tonight we are trying Turkey Enchiladas..... Yummy OK took about 2 lbs of turkey and shreaded it up added 2 cans of rotel( it's like tomatos green chlies celantro stuff in can) good stuff! mixed up and put into Corn tortillas toped with enchilada sauce and cheese once it comes out of the oven top with sour cream and green onions with a side salad, chips with salsa and you have some good Eats....
In a pot..... saute onions, celery with pepper and Poultry spice
once done .....add Mushrooms and Mushroom soup.... small frozen vegetables (peas and carrots)..then finally cooked egg noodles and the diced turkey to make a nice uniform mixture.
cook at simmer for however long it takes for to all of it to get hot
Turkey & Broccoli casserole......Don't have the entire recipe, but it involves breast meat, broccoli cutlets, cream of mushroom soup (2 cans, I think....straight out of the can of campbells) bread crumps (as a crust), and a casserole dish at about 350-degrees for 1-hr.....I MOSTLY got it right, but I grew up with that little jewel and it's delicious......That'll feed 4 to 6 people right there.......
Bon Appetit'
