Leftovers
Let me guess what most of you are having for the rest of the week;
TURKEY?
Turkey sandwiches
Turkey soup
Turkey potpie
Turkey...............................etc.

On the 4th day I usually make "Turkey Surprise"
Required ?
Proportionate amounts of ingredients.
Dice some Turkey
In a pot..... saute onions,celery with pepper and Poultry spice
once done .....add Mushrooms and Mushroom soup.... small frozen vegetables (peas and carrots)..then finally cooked egg noodles and the diced turkey to make a nice uniform mixture.
cook at simmer for however long it takes for to all of it to get hot

nope no turkey left overs, had a couple nice 1" thick steaks last night when the wife got home from work ( I got home about 9 hrs before her lol) and ate the entire steak so no left overs of that either.

Not belated at all. The thread is seven years old, but Thanksgiving this year is in ten days.
