I was always looking for custom interiors in these trucks, so I thought I would share mine now that I have finally taken some pictures... they are in my gallery:
I know there is a forum for this, but I thought I should post here too since the modifications are specific to this model's years.
I painted everything tan, had the headliner upholstered along with the seats. Put new carpet in on top of a thick layer of multiple sound deadening materials. I had a gap taken out of the rear bench so I could fit my custom box in there. I wanted to fit a sub, amp and rear speakers in there while still keeping it looking nice.
I eventually want to make some custom door panels with fiberglass and vinyl but it's not a real high priority. First I need to get it lifted and painted .

Truck looks awesome! I'm going to do a custom interior to mine as well. I have some ideas, just need to get home and start putting my truck back together. Good luck on your door panels when you get into that.
nice, i biult a custom seat for my regular cab. i cut a hole in the seat and put a sub box in it then upholsterd over it with blue crush velvet and leather. i through in a 10" pheonix gold that flashes blue when it pounds, gets alot of attention.

Sounds cool. You need to get some pictures of that up.<hints id="hah_hints"></hints>
Here are a couple of pictures of my custom seat job.
It was really cold when i took these pictures (you can see the snow covering the windows) so the leather looks a little shabby but it's looks better in the summer.

78f- nice interior! It looks similar to what came in my crew when I bought it, so you have motivated me to put some pics of it in my gallery.
The interior on it would be "nice" in most people's opinions (except for the worn tweed), but it doesn't suit me so it's getting ripped out...
It was this way when I bought it, and I'll admit it's nice for these old trucks (full custom headliner, seats re-covered, door panels match seats, new carpet), but isn't my style. I'm ripping all of it out to replace it with my "minimalistic" style preferences - line-X floor and roof, aluminum door panels.
