estimated value for my beast?
i love my truck, and there is nothing mechanically wrong with it. it is properly maintained by certified ford employees(my work), but the fun factor has pretty much worn off. i found a nice 05 eb with 36k miles that looks nice for a hair over $20k. obviously, that can be negotiated. i have a number in my head, and i want to see what you guys come up with, and go from there. all add-ons and upgrades(minus my new wheels, and eclipse head unit))would stay with the truck. 2003 eddie bauer: 2nd row bench, oem navigation, moonroof, powerfold 3rd row rear seats, oem dvd player, eatc, pretty much every option except rsc and air ride. 92k miles, but i put 20k on it last year alone....i drive down to disney 2-3 times a year(3k miles round trip).

i suppose it really depends on whether you find someone looking for the supercharger. i'd personally pay more for that (within reason), but i've always been interested in owning an aftermarket s/c vehicle.however i'm sure most expy shoppers are just looking for an everyday expy at a good price and wouldn't consider paying more for it.
you may have to just sit on your asking price for a while until you get lucky and connect with the right buyer.
as you mentioned, KB and Nada are ridiculously high for many makes/models. i'd check autotrader.com and cars.com to see what comparable vehicles (minus the s/c) are selling for and then adjust from there.
and then if you eventually feel like going really cheap - give me a call!!

Unfortunately, with gas prices the way they are, there is an abundance of larger suv's on the market right now, and their value has really gone down a lot in the last year or so. I would guess if you are trying to trade at the dealer, the supercharger is not going to be worth any more to them at all, takes a unique person that would buy a used vehicle with one, awfully risky from the buyers standpoint.
