Our church has a '94 E350 cutaway van with the 7.3 IDI diesel. The wipers have had various problems, which we think is due to the multifunction switch. We have removed it and reinstalled it several times, and the problems have changed each time (wipers/washer stay on or intermittents don't work).
Anyway, when I go to rockauto.com they list several different MFSs for this application and I don't know which one to get. The dealer quoted me $130+ for one, but I didn't get any kind of part number from them. Rockauto is about half that for the switch, but it depends on which one I need. I have the switch in front of me, and it has the following numbers/letters printed on it:

The van doesn't have the auto dimming headlight feature that I'm aware of, and the hi-beams are on the lever (pull forward for flash-to-pass, push back for contiuous hi-beam).
Two harnesses attach to it, the one for the turn signals has 7 pins, the other for the hazards, wipers, washer, etc. has 11 pins with what appears to be either one or two blank spots where a pin could be. Oops, let me clarify, the pins are on the MFS.

We have a 97 F53/Motorhome with electrical problems. The turn signals only work on the rear, the 4-way flashers only work on the front, the brakelights don't work at all. You can put a test light to the brake light switch and push the brake peddle and the test light lights up. What do you think the problem may be?

I wish someone had answered you as I am having similar problems. No turn signals, emergency flashers, or brake lights, and the gear shift is stuck in park. It is a 1995 F53 chassis used by a 1996 Georgia Boy RV. I wish I had a Ford chassis wiring schematic.
Greg.
intermit wiper module is under passenger side of dash on the far left. a/c condensation will drip and follow over and into wiper delay module.... causing phantom wipe. mount the delay module up higher. never had to replace a delay module, after it dries out, the delay module still worked.

Sounds like fuse #7 or #9 is bad or maybe both in your Instrument Panel (IP) Fuse Panel.
Until you get your diagrams from HELM here is the circuits in question.
