Dieing truck..
Got a buddy with a 7.3, 200,000+ miles.. He had his CAM sensor replaced and now whenever it rains, his truck dies.. He was concerned it was his AFE, he has that big stage package with the metal battery tray and filter.. Any ideas? I'm clueless.. Never imagined rain would cause truck to die LOL

probably the CPS plug, it is not seated all the way and the moisture is causing it to not make contact.
Also, check to see if he has ever had a windsheild replaced. sometimes they can leak down onto the GEM under the dash.

every time I unhook a sensor or any plug..i make sure the oring stays with the plug....I always spray them with electrical cleaner and put a dab of electrical grease in it..this helps clean and dry the plugs and the grease keeps moisture and water out..
