Bambi-Vision with newer part number relay ???

I have a '06 Scab that I just went out to do the Bambi-Vision mod on. I found that I have a 4 pin relay with a new part number "4fit-148192-aa" as opposed to the 5 pin "f57b-148192-aa" in the http://www.landstromsfoundry.com/Tec...Foglights.html write up.

I'm not so sure it is safe to proceed and assume that the eliminated pin was unused. Has anyone ran into this before? Thanks for your assistance.

FWIW, I did try the search function and didn't come up with any info in the first 6 pages of posts. Back to the top with the hope of finding a foglight guru....

Yup, the Bambi-Vision works fine with the four pin relay too, as I just finished mine. Thanks for all of your help!

Craig

I am thinks about getting the ultra light bulbs to go in the headlights and fog lights. I hear they are bad to the bone.

Hmmm....I'll have to do a search on "Ultra light bulbs" and see what they are saying about them.

I did just put some of the Silverstar front turn signal bulbs in to lose the "egg yolk" look on the nose of the truck. My father like the improvement so much he went out and bought Silverstars for his Ranger too.

Regards,

Craig
