headers and fenders
I am getting some of these headers, in the next week or so.
And wanted to know how much i will have to cut the inner fenders for them to fit?

I had a buddy put a set of those on his 79 f-250 4x4 that was a ground up resto and he had to cut almost half of the inner fender off and did a lot of fab work to make it look good.(show truck)

Looks like the passenger side needs some cutting, but just a little on the drivers side.

Other than that I haven't actually installed fender well exit headers, so I'm not sure if it'd be easier or not.
I'm sure it can be done either way, but I don't know anyone that pulled the fenders spesifically to install headers.
