O yea its that time again to get some free truck parts from my ma and pa lol!!!! I dont know wut i want yet. I asked them for a 6 inch lift and they said no. So what are you guys asking for for christmas for your truck? Or what would you want for christmas. Im thinkin some MSD stuff? Maby a Front air Locker, New hubs. I need some ideas.
Stereo equipment is always good!
Brush guards, roll pans, the possibilities are endless. Are we looking for performance, looks, creature comforts, aahh-- it's all so mind boggling!!!!
lol the black one, my red one i sold and thats my dads diesel i work on. Im getting him some parts for that. But i asked him for some new Mile marker hubs, i have lock outs already on it but mine are shot and i like the looks of the mile markers, that 160A altnater with wireing harness and fuse block, a chrome brush guard and two KC off road lights. Im hoping my grandma and grandpa get me a MSD 6a box, coil, cap and rotor, and wires. Or the money so i can get it myself. But this christmas is gonna be a good one! Plus if it was the red one the first thing i would of asked for is a new front bumper! lmao hahaha
Yep me to, the truck was amazing. Had to sell it because 8 mpg and driving it every day was not pratical, and i was not able to get another vehicle and having that at the same time. Il have another one some day. The paint was red only in the shade. In the sun it was orange becuase i added alot of Mica, they said they had to use a whole bottle of mica when mixing a gallon. I love that color but i think im sold on black trucks from now on.
..............don't think I'm gettig much. Last year someone got me some truck nutz!
I am about to get a car though, so that's a good thing(35+mpgs instead of 12ish)
Things you could:
Headers, small lift, bigger tires, exhaust(straight pipes), gas card!, tinted windows, money. Just to name a few.
Yea i wish i could get a lift, thats wut i originally wanted but my dad said no because it changes the way it drive..... i know But I already got a nice exhaust, Windows tinted would be nice and a gas card especially with the price now a days.
I can handle a lifted truck, i had one for two years. It didnt handle good and i always had to white nuckle it and he thinks that this one is going to be just like it. Ive come to learn get drop radius arm brackets. It makes a world of difference. But still i want one bad.

The Rough Country 4" lift with radius arm drop brackets and sway bar drop bracket handles beautifully in F-series rigs. I like the way it handles now, better than off the showroom floor.
If you want quality springs, don't get Tough or Rough Country.
Skyjacker has good quality springs..... Superlift is know for stiff springs that tend to sag over time just like the T and R Countrys.
I got my coils springs from www.broncograveyard.com they are made by deaver, and they are great for flex and ride quality.
The proper c bushings, pitman arm, and drop brackets makes a difference.
