problem with internation 4300 dt466

problem with internation 4300 dt466
any good forums to find what's wrong with this truck. it won't rev out it take forever to get up to speed when it'sfinally up to speed it jerks.

If its 2004 or newer, suspect the turbo or turbo actuator for low power complaints.
