1960 stainless styleside tailgate hinges

I would like to put stainless steel tailgate hinges on my 1960 f100 styleside. Will stepside hinges fit a styleside. If not does anyone make stainless hinges for a styleside.
Thanks for the help,
Sam

I would also like a pair but have been unable to find them. AFAIK the only one who sells hinges for a styleside is LMC Truck. They are black painted. I installed them on our 60 but it still took 6 washers as spacers between the hinge and the truck to make them work. I plan to build spacers or find a more correct set.

The picture is a little dark, but hopefully you get the idea about needing a spacer.

Styleside hinges are different from Flaresides -- Stepside is a CHEVROLET term.

Bill, any idea why I had to use so many spacers? Are these the wrong hinges?

Did you know there's a right and left?

B7C-9943018-A .. Right Hinge

B7C-9943019-A .. Left Hinge.

The hinge bolts go through the rear lower body panel and screw to the inner edge of the bodyside rear corner panel extensions.

These extensions are where the lamps fit.

FIT: 1957/66.

1961/66's used the 1957/60 Styleside bed on 1963* F100/250 2WD's / 1961/66 F100/250 4WD's / and 1961/66 F350's.

Suggestion: hipoparts.com sells the Ford truck parts catalogs on CD's. 1948/56; 1957/63; 1964/72 are available, as are the 73/79 & 80/89 catalogs.

The car catalogs are available from 1949/79.

All these catalogs were scanned from originals. The pictures alone are worth the 20-25 buck price + you get all the part numbers.

* When the Uni's were cancelled in early 1963, Ford used the 57/60 Styleside beds on 2WD's.
