Dont forget to take the Turkey out of the freezer! thaw in the refigerator Stuff it real good! with all the things you like and cook it on thursday.

Oh, and for that little remark about me Bill, I hope your turkey comes out dry and tasteless, and everyone around the table burst out into tears and say that you ruined thanksgiving.

I look around, and think about stuff at this time of year.
A "stepgranddaughter", young stepsons, just standing up out there. They have both me and their real dads to look to, but some look only at me. A ruined marriage, but not from my loss of faith.
Trouble on all sides, but the NAVY taught me to never quit. A new job, with a team I don't know yet but who seem like fine people.
Is this the year of "NEVER QUIT"? It just could be. But also the year of "NEVER LOOK BACK".
You pick yourself up, you look around, you thank God - and just go for it.
THAT is what I intend to do.
I won't ever be hurt like I was again.
But I will never forget what God did for me in these bad times.
