Hello Guys,
I just received my build sheet from detroit(thanks for the link-lots of help
). It says that my truck was made 02/23/1998 but the truck title says it is a 1999? I know that they usually change over in july but not in Feb.Could this be a typo?

It is not a typo. The truck is just a "early" '99 SD.
Production of the '99 SD's began in February of '98 and ran thru November of '98. Production of "late" '99 SD's (aka '99.5 SD's) began in December of '98 and ran thru July of '99.

Correct the 99 Ford Super Duty was released in early 98, just like the 97 F150 was released in early 99, the 2005 mustang was released in early 2004 and the 2008 Super Duty was released in early 2007. Ford does that a lot when the vehicles are "Newly Designed From The Ground Up".
