Need some help!!!!!
I bought a gooseneck hitch and trying to install it but can't seem to get the rails in between the fram and truck bed. They say you don't have to losen the bed to do it but I was wondering if anyone had any tricks they could share please. If I do have to loosen the bed what size are the nuts on the bottom. The hitch is a Putnam 1504 and my truck is 2000 reg. cab 2wd.

The hitch I have the rails mount inside the bed not under it, w/ L brackets that bolt to the frame & fit up against the bottom of the bed for the rails to bolt too.
Its a reese brand ........... not sure if it is anything like yours????
