Battery replacement-need to reflash?

Battery replacement-need to reflash?
Just had both batteries replaced under warranty last week. Last night truck had cold start issues which had disappeared when I had the inductive heaing flash last year. Did I lose my flash??

Thanks for the quick response. I had questioned whether my cold start issues were due to heavy oil or need for flash since I changed to synthetic at the same time last year. Dealer says synthetic oil will absolutely void my warranty so I changed to Ford Dino. We'll see.

I should've been more specific, it was the service writer up front, not the mechanic, and he was just giving me a general warning. I completely forgot that MY owners manual does list the conditions for when to use of a lighter weight oil and synthetics
