I have always been curious about this, If there are 3 trucks with 500 hp,ford chevy and dodge and they are exactly the same configuration and tire size who would win in a 1/4!

Well im pretty sure that since the ford has the longest powerband and holds its power throughout that the ford would take them all, I know i am answering my own question!

the cummins and ford both make lots of torque whereas the duramax revs up higher and doesn't make as much torque... but the cummins revs VERY slowly compared to the V8s... the duramax probably revs quickest because of the lighter weight engine components..... i'd say the duramax would win, ford in 2nd and cummins in 3rd... but the ford and duramax would be very close
