'99 E-250 460 cold no idle

We have a '99 e-250 with a 460 in it that won't idle when the engine is cold. It shows code p1507 which is idle air control underspeed error. What needs to be done to cure this problem?

Sorry I can't help you, but I did not think the 460 was available in a 99 van? Is this an engine swap or am I just misinformed? Kinda wish I had one for towing my camper though.

'96 was the last year for the 460.

That is what I thought also. It is a friend of mines van I guess I will have to look at it and find out what it actually is.
