Same cylinder heads?

I just picked up a pair of heads that have only 5000 miles on their rebuild. They're from a 1991 7.3. However, the engine sticker on the valve cover says that it's the A170 engine. Also, one the valve covers has an oil filler on it, so I'm thinking these heads came off a bus or something. The CDR valve is also mounted on a valve cover, with a tube that ran down to the back of the intake.

So my question is, did the A170 and the A185 that I have use the same heads? Everything looks the same, although I didn't check the valve diameter. The heads also have injectors in them, but I have yet to look to see what part number they are.

What is the casting number on the upside of the head in the middle, sits crosswise. that would help.

180903003 or it could be 160903003 I'm going by my head pic expanded..

My first guess is they were International truck installed heads originally.
