Twice for the Predator (before I learned about the SCT) and once as Matt stated from the SCT--LOL. Actually the first one was from crappy Navistar quality control since it always puked coolant from day one and took 32K miles to finally get it fixed. Second was a direct result of Predator and 3rd as Matt stated--running a really nassssssssssty SCT tune--one of those learning experiences, shall we say? It's like this......if someone didn't push the envelope no one would know the limits and no one would know what you can or can't do to one of these motors. Matt knows how far he can go and still be well within safe tolerances. I doubt there's many on this forum that will ever put their motor through what mine's been through and still drive every day. 4500 rpm's and still NO STARS ON THE PISTONS. That's TUNING folks, and damn good tuning at that.

LOL--I'm sure that's what the guy in the Suburban thought when he got blown off the road--literally!
