gauge set question
hi just bought a autometer 7072 a-pillar gauge set off e-bay for a 99-03 superduty mine is an 04 anybody know what the difference is? im guessing the trans temp sender. the price was right with buy it now so i thought id take a chance ill use what i can & sell the rest.

Usually gauges are made for a wide variety of applications so you should have no problem installing them in your truck. I know the trans temp sender is universal and just threads into the test port on the left side of the tranny.

thanks, thats what i thought too. its just strange that they still list two sets on their website 99-02 03-07 with the same part # Iknow the pillar will work & the boost & egt ill drill & tap anyway so all that leaves is trans sender maybe the probe is too long for the torqueshift or something.
