hello all! anyone know of an after market company who still sells the factory pinstripes found on my 88 ranger? i have talked to a few autobody shops around here and they all say ford has discontiniued them! mine are 19 years old and have started to crack and peel, it makes the otherwise great looking paint job look bad!

Auto parts stores that sell automotive paints to body shops can get all kinds of pin stripe styles that were originally on cars and trucks or they can get something close to what was on it to begin with. There should be a parts store like that in your area that you could check out.

I think when they are painted on they almost look better than factory if there done right. It just depends on if you want it to look original or have a little cutom look. If you have any pictures of it I would love to see them, because I have my dads old one that I want to restore someday. It sounds like yours is in better shape though. I have pictures of mine in my gallery.
