You could put a programmer in the truck, and the edge evolution is one of the best 'caned' tuners out there. IF you want a custom tuner to get optimum power out of the duals, and a custom tune for YOUR truck with YOUR driveing style, then you could use a bama chip or x-cal 2.
For duals, depending on how loud you want it there are different options.
Loud- Cut everything off after the converters and run straight pipes.
Good tone-Cut out the stock muffler and put a SIDO or DIDO Magnaflow muffler.
