Exclamation Electrical Problems

hello fellas, first time here and i have gotten a lot of good information in the short couple of days i have been on.

I have a 1999 f-250 super duty w? 215k, i just replaced all at the same time, starter, altinator, battery, batter connectors. i am now gettig the batter
light indicator flash on and the truck now pulsates and the voltage jumpes all the way up to 18v and then back down on a constant mannor. i had a test electrical test done at my local mechanic and it came back as normal. as it is running, interior and exterior lights fading in and out. any idea where to check next. i am a little stumped

Check the grounds. Has the engine ever been replaced? Sometimes they leave important grounds off that go from the engine to the body. There are also grounds from the battery neg to the body. Make sure these are all clean. The main ground goes from the battery to the engine block. But the engine and tranny are mounted in rubber mounts, so you need little grounds here and there to ground the sheetmetal.
