Trouble codes

Can anyone help me with 2 trouble codes as to what they are? I have PO403 and PO404. I suspect it might have something to do with my EGR as I had unplugged it yesterday to diagnose a problem. Thanks

Probably an '05 or later truck?

Thanks! Any idea if these codes are from me disconnecting the EGR or are from an earlier event???

There's no way to tell. Plug it back in, clear the codes and drive it again. If you have an EGR problem it will show back up. What year model is your truck?

It is an 05 with 97,000 miles on it. It was "bucking" when going up hill. I do have a Bullydog in it but was planning on removing it before going into the Dealer next week.

When I unpluged my EGR those 2 codes came up and the cel went on. Most likely it's from you unpluging it but clear the codes like they said and see what happens.

My pickup always threw a code when I had a bully dog. I have an '06. Unfortunately I can't remember what the code was right off. I had it written down but I can't find it anymore. I do remember that it was one that Bully Dog mysteriously left off of their list of codes on their website.

I hope you are having better luck with the BD than I did. I will try to look again and find the code number that I always got.
