Spare

Outside of a junk yard, anybody know of some sources for a 16" rim which will be used for a spare on a 96 F250 4 wheel drive. Been on Ebay and cheapest I seen was $65 bucks plus $20 shipping. I was hoping to get an old $20 rim to mount my old tire on. Also looking for spare tire hanger for same truck. Scared to ask a dealer how much. And didnt see much on Ebay. Thanks Maxx

i think thats the best place, obs trucks are everywhere in junkyards, most of them are picked fairly clean but the spare tire is often overlooked

I picked up a rim from my local junkyard for $40. Still had the gray paint on it and everything. They wanted $60 with the tire on it.

Just go to a tire store and get a 16" steel wheel for about $40.
