Another Quick Fix is to use one of the rubber (Neoprene) expansion type "oil pan drain" plugs.
Tip: Some mechanics add a magnet to their oil pan to collect & take any iron out of circulation.
You could probably use a rubber freeze plug. I would be so worried about it falling out though. It could be much cheaper in the long run to fix it right.
I'd avoid the temptation to substitute any "rubber freeze plug" intended for long term exposure to antifreeze-it might not be up to exposure to much hotter motor oil at all!

I've seen rubber expansion oil pan drain plugs in many parts stores & presume they make some attempt to use rubber that can withstand the conditions. IMO you're not likely to find a "freeze plug" in the small diameter needed for an oil pan drain anyway.

These people make them but don't recommend using them on Fords due to the drain plug "nut" being welded to the inside of the pan. One would have to use extreme care with these to keep from breaking the welds but they are the correct size/pitch plugs. http://www.cgenterprises.com
