Edge evolution programmer, running since october of last year. i have tried removing it and even completly stock it still does it

Yeh that was going to be my next suggestion. So this is definitely a new development right ?? Also, what scanner did you hook her up to.

it started in december. i went elk hunting and i got the trans a little warm in the snow, i came right home and changed fluid and filter, thats when i took it to the trans shop. they cut open my old filter and there wasnt anything wrong with it either. i personally did not scan it. my programmer showed the trans got warm but that was it.
this all started after i got it warm
