hard to start when cold

I have new glowplugs new glowplug relay, checked for blown fuses what else can i check or replace.

you sure the gpr is good? tried jumping it with a screwdriver?

How long do you leave the GPs on before you try starting it?

the batteries are good, i dont try to start until wait to start light go's out

GP 's will stay on up to 2 mins,, leave the key on 20 - 30 secs ,then try it ,,see what happens.....
