Another mods thread

I have been looking for the next mods to do on my list, I want to do all the support mods and then add a DP Tuner, even though I know a Tuner will give me the most performance. I just want to get everything else done first. If anyone has any suggestions on a new order, or any other suggested mods; I would be more than happy to here it. The reason I want to do the BTS valve body, is I have a transmission fluid change coming up soon and I figured while I'm at it I should add the BTS VB. Many of these mods I would like to do myself, so it's going to have to wait a few months, since I live up here in the frozen north. I plan on doing them in the order listed; some may be in groups when possible or convenient. I don't tow huge loads, but I would like to make the truck a little faster. The mods will be done probably over the next year as I get the $$ to do them. Here’s my list:

6637-Done
ZooDad-Done
CCV-Done
Gauges, PYRO/Transmission/Boost
BTS Valve Body
4" Turbo Back Exhaust
Hutch/Harpoon/CCK
Lifter/Helper Pump and inline fuel filter
V10/6.0L Transmission Cooler/6.0L Intercooler
D.P. Tuner/ MAP Sensor Overboost Annihilator
ATS Housing(if I get surge at this point)
4.56 gears
4.5" lift with 35" or 37" tires
Propane Injection?

Most of the mods other than the last two, I'm trying to keep in the $600 each range. I would like to do Big Oil, Injectors and larger turbo, at some point possibly if I'm not happy after the current list. Thanks for the help!

looks good except the pane. id stay away unless your racing and have the money to replace the motor when you start tearing out pistons, I seen a 7.3 piston yesterday that was busted by some propane, both of the skirts sheard off, and the rod tore throught he block, bad news.

Good to know I have never heard anything bad about so far you are the first, it was more of an after thought really, if I go that far I think I will just save the money for the next set of more expensive upgrades.

I would have to disagree. Not trying to make enemies but my boss's brother has propane inj in his powerstroke and he gets 32 mpg when running it with diesel and propane. He did a lot of research to get it to do that and he has tons of power, great mileage and he can say he did it himself. I would argee though if you want just power stay away of things like this, adding too much or too little could cost big $$$$$. JMO though.

i know that a trace amount of pane will give huge gains in mileage, and would do it on highway, but i wouldnt tow with it, how ever i would race with it if I had the money set aside for a bad day at the track
but, to start, you should look into some injectors and good tunes before you do the turbo and big oil. just my 2 cents.

no enemies here, but drugs are bad, big injectors, big turbos and big oil is good.
however, on the drag stip, drugs can determine how bad you win or loose.
