Does the truck have 4-wheel discs with ABS like the 2007? If so, you ain't gonna get any better than that. If you mean you just want to improve the pads, I would recommend the green EBC pads. They solved my problems on a '96 Cherokee by noticably improving 'bite' on a cold stop, which is the condition you normally will find on an emergency stop. They also reduced brake dust. However, I have noticed no braking problems with my 2007 F-150 and believe it's the best-braking vehicle I've ever had. I thought my Saturn VUE had good brakes until I got the truck. If you feel like you need more braking power on your 2006, you might look for mechanical problems rather than new pads.

Hay! thanks for the advice, the brakes are OK as far as stoping goes, really looking for less dust, I think your on to someting about the EBC pads, they should help with the dust as well as better stoping power.
I actuality like the looks of the drilled & slotted rotors (I'm running Foose 24's and there is a lot "air" between the spokes).
