code reader
anyone ever heard of/used a Hikock obd2 reader? i was just surfing and came across one. ive never heard of it. just curious.

Nope, never heard of it and nope, never used one.

Is it a basic code reader or a programmer, too?

They are the people that make the Ford NGS code reader....the ones used at the dealership.
