Hey all new to this fourm, first off i got 02 Ch""vy s10 and wanna get rid of it since all i'm getting is 15-17 mpg and for that i thinkin i could sell it and get a full size truck, since i'll be getting rid of it i was thinkin bout looking at a bronco since i love the look of those
But since i'm in school i was wondering what the mpg i would be expecting on an 80's bronco and what are some common problems are. thanks guys in advance for any help
Well first off welcome to FTE kermmydog has a point there is a bronco forum down the page i think but ill try to answer your question the best to my ability truly the bronco will get same more likely worse mpg somewhere between 9-13 maybe more or less hard to stay
way too many variables with fuel mileage and problems its hard to say too depends on how it was looked after and how much has been replaced already
Welcome to FTE. I had an '81 Bronco (full size) with a 351M and 3.50 or 3.55 gears. The best mpg I ever saw was 15 and that was staright highway at 57 mph. (National speed limit was 55 at the time.) 13 mpg or so was more typical. Are you thinking of a big Bronco or maybe one of the Bronco II's? The smaller ones got better mileage.
cool thanks guys ya i wanted a big one since i'm tired of driving little vehicals and sorry bout postin here i looked for the bronco forum and i guess i just missed it, sorry guys
so if a mod can move it to the proper forum that would be great
