bad relay?

I hear an intermittant buzzing sound coming from behind the dash around the radio area. Anyone know what relays are there that could be buzzing? 99 Ford F350 CC 4x4

Does it all the time,fairly steady at startup then intermitantly.

Sounds like weak batteries or alternator. Might want to have them checked at the local auto parts store. No need to remove anything. Just go there.
