well... cruising home from timmies tonight, decided to clown around with a certain FTE member... i'm sure he'll drop in for a dig at me... anyway, got cited for my pipes. lucky thats all i got. so i got to get the inspection, need cats, the Thrush is illegal so they say... warning to all, no cats IS illegal in saskatchewan. only if you get caught, but it is illegal.
thing that ticks me is, they are there for emissions control, but its still legal if you gut them but have them in there . does that really make sence???
anyway,,,ya'll sit back and have a good laugh at my expense...it was fun afterall right ______
Yes sir, no Sir, sorry sir I still haven't got a ticket for my Log book, but I've gotten a couple warnings, also got out off one brake which had a 2 and a 1/8 inch stroke.
i'm always polite to the law...they can really put you under if you're not...
hey marlon... yep...good thing there's no fart can. i did beat ya though... even if i did get caught... she asked if it was a street drag or if i knew you....i told the truth and i think that saved a pile of trouble. plus, i know her partner, he's in the parts department at royal ford. guess the high flow cats will be on their way...
I didn't really think we were going all that fast!!! When did those cops leave timmies anyway. Sherm you didn't tell them that their eye's were glazed!! lol!!
sure was... even getting caught wasn't too bad... ummm...hmmm, i have no idea when they sneaked out of timmies, good thing i didn't think to ask them!!! we hit about 70 i think, limit is 50, but they didn't even comment on that... it was more the noise... as if my truck is loud...
i figure the next full gtg would be the next draggins??
Well Thrush mufflers are perfectly legal as they have part numbers. Those fart can mufflers aren't. I plan on running Thrush mufflers on my truck. Dynomax suck, Flowmasters are hard to match to an engine and Magnaflow are expensive.
As far as the catalytic converter issue, ask them to produce the rule book. As far as I know it isn't illegal. Hell, today we removed to cats at work. A couple days ago we straight piped a Superduty. This is a common job at work.
