Front Engine Chatter
When slowing down to a stop, i hear a chatter coming from the front left quadrent of the engine compartment. It also occurs when engine is reved and let to go back to idle, however it doesn't always happen, just most of the time. It just started yesterday. We know it isn't the universals or the breaks . Might be the clutch, but it seems to happen regardless of when the clutch is in or out, but tends to happen more when the clutch is in or in 4th gear down shifting. The truck is a 2001 F150 with 4.6L engine manual trans, w/ 137,000 miles. Any help is appriciated!
