'66 slick 240 temp sensor
I just purchased a '66 F100, 240, a/t, lwb a few weeks ago. Just under 5K on reman engine and rebuilt trans. $400, not too bad, and it runs like a top after a carb rebuild and new plugs, cap and rotor. My question is, where is the temp sensor supposed to be located? My gauge doesn't work, and the only thing on the motor sensor wise, is the oil pressure switch for the light, on the left side, just rearward of the distributor. Just need to get this taken care of, and get a few wiring concerns fixed before I can drive it daily. Any help is most greatly appreciated. Thanks fellow fordnatics..........Brian.
