Hey prep
Might have some leveling to do for a garage in spring. Had some work done this fall but not the way I wan't it done. The ground wasn't packed on the backfill properly so I'm worried about the grade beam/slab settling and cracking if I poured concrete without it been compacted correctly.

Its pretty easy to get up around 30 grand though. The part about that is I have my business set up so the profit I make from my land and my hoe is on there.

Hey preppy I got some backhoing needed here. I had a new well dug last May and I could not get anyone to come and trench it for us. In Sept. They were telling me I would not get it done til next spring. The backhoe businesses were booked solid and most were not interested in doing smaller projects they want the stuff that is happening in the city. I had lots say they will call me back and never did with estimates. Others came out and told me that they just could not do it this year. Others strung me along. Sure would be nice to have the new well tapped in. I still got the flags marking the buried phone lines.
Maybe next spring you can do it for me,cheaply, Since I been so nice to give you a car. HINT HINT LOL LOL.

My neighbor here also needed some backhoing done. He had one lined up before the frost froze the ground. The guy backred out on him at the last minute. He wanted to trench waterlines out to feilds for his horses.
