The E PCM's have it and its active just not wired.
On the coolant sen/lamp thing. The oil and coolant lamp were combined into one lamp by 97 (e-series)(oil temp/oil press/coolant temp). Dont know when for f-series. It is activated by PCM from PCM inputs. Coolant is used in gas not diesel.
