water pump replacement
I replaced the t-stat a few times, all the hoses, new clutch i just replaced the water pump and flushed the radiator a few times and still nothing...it's either my timing or radiator is bad.
when I took the fan off to get to the water pump and just stuck a wrench on it..I forgot the size, and i gave it a few taps with a hammer while I was trying to hold the wrench so it actualy didn't move. If you just try pulling it with the wrench it will just move around and around...so you need to put the wrench on and hold it(the wrench) kind of tight at the top and give it a few solid taps toward the left, the vibrations will break it loose.
1.Remove 3 bolts off the fan, leaving one to hold it in place.
2.Remove 3 bolts off the pulley and leave one to hold it in place.
3.Align the 1 bolt on the fan and the 1 bolt on the pulley so they are facing eachother and turn them so the are out of the way(turn them so the are at the bottom of the fan and pulley), if you look straigt down you shouldn't be able to see them because they would be hidden from the big nut in the center holding the fan clutch.(get it?)
4.Put the wrench on the nut and give it a few taps like i explaind above.
The nut it actualy part of the clutch so they won't seperate as it might apearre.
