lights

i have a 01 and i have been seeing alot of trucks riding around with just running lights and there fog lights but my truck i cant do that is there a way to change the switch out cause the trucks im seeing them on are the 03 and 04 the interior are close to beiing the same so would there headlight switch work in mine

I'm thinkin' not, because the GEM module does all the work... the switch is just an input.

Try one of the companies that sells the DRL conversion kits.. what you're looking to do is similar...

On my 02 I can run markers an fog lights only. maybe they changed it in 02.

Same here. my '02 can run markers and fogs. You ought to be able to update your wiring and possible the switch. Maybe start by getting a switch then look up the schematic somewhere and add the neccessary relays.
