crazy idle
i was sitting a a light todayand my truck started idling crazy(up and down,surging)i looked at my fuel gage and i ways close to empty so i changed tanks and put in park and gave it some gas and it stopped.about 20 mins later it did it agian for about 5 seconds been fine ever since.i put some injector cleaner in when i filled it up,could it have knocked some junk loose and passed through.what do i need to do?never had this prolem before.
i said before i thought it had original injectors put after further inspection it looks like it has had a wrench on the injector nuts,caps or what ever you call them.

Its not uncommon for an eng to surge like that when its starting to run out of fuel. trie to change tanks before you get to that point and I would not worrie about it. if it happens when tanks are full then you probabley got something else going on.
