Current Draw
Need to know max current draw through positive cable when truck is off doors closed hood open. Clock and under hood light would be only draw. Correct? Having battery problems since first cold snap.Test at Advance showed one battery very low but good, other only needing small charge but good. I have my doubts.

Just a thought, you may have bad cables. With everything hooked up, and the engine running, check both batteries separately (meter leads to the posts on the same battery, not the clamps, frame or block). If they read different voltages, something is wrong with the cables...

Thanks all. Will try the cable test. Getting ready to order new 2/0 cables from CustomBatteryCables.com if I have to get new batteries. I'am pretty sure the batteries won't "hold" a charge anymore.
