In the 48-60 forum they were talking about the factory brush guards on the 48-52 trucks. I got thinking what if you made a modern style one. I got to make a custom bumper anyways. Here's sort of the look I'm after.

if i remember correctly, your truck will be 4x4, therefore i vote yes. if i'm wrong about the 4x4, i'd have to say no. not into the bush guards on a pavement truck, though i know you intend to use yours...

No 4x4 unless someone wants to donate a 87-96 F-350 351W/5spd 4x4 dually for the cause....or finds one under $500

I voted yes and totally agree, no dang square corners!
Use the tail pipe tubing bender at work and it`ll come out great.
I wish I had access to one, so many things I could do with it depending on what wall thickness it can bend.

I said no too. Although I doo like them on the newer full size trucks. THe older trucks look so good, just don't want to spoil it. My $.02.

I agree with preppy they look pretty neat but a push bar kind of hides the good lookin front end....
