6.0L Problems Fixed?

I am looking to get a late model 6.0L now either 2005/06/07. I remember when the 6.0L was released it was blowing turbos and injectors left and right. Have these problems been fixed or are they still expected with the 6.0L?

Also if I was to buy a used truck and there guys that work at the Ford dealer on here that can pull a VIN history for me?

they are hit or miss. maximum4x4 can get you an oasis, he got me mine very quick, within 24hrs.
