did it just quit on you while you were driving the first time or did you shut it off and it just wouldn't start again untill the next morning after you towed it home?
if it wont start when you shut it off, there is a hpop fitting that goes bad from what i read that when the truck is warm the truck wont restart. But when the truck is cold it starts fine.

HPOP fitting problems started with the 05's, not to say the 04 can't have, but it's a different system. 79K miles is still under 5yr/100K warranty. Take it to the dealer and let them deal with it. Cheaper than you trying to just throw parts at it. $100 deductible unless it's emissions related and then it's free.
