The new Expeditions with 5.4 and 6 speed will tow it with no problems

sure after u chip it and remove the cat,,,,

On a side note I had a I6 300 stick and a 400 v8 auto and for hauling or towing the 300 was better IMO perhaps not fatster but better overall.
