2 or 4 brl carb mounting
Which way are you guys facing your carbs when you mount a 2 or 4 brl? Are you facing them the "normal" V8 way with the primaries to the front or are you facing them towards the engine or towards the fenderwell etc... Does anyone think it makes a difference how they are mounted?

I've just installed a Holley 390 on my 300-I6 and the primaries face the engine, so that the stock linkage will hook up. I have the Offy DP intake and can't tell you if others mount differently. I would imagine they all mount the same.

Thanks, I have messed around with throttle cable brackets and can make it work for mounting the carb with the primaries towards the grill or towards the engine and the intake doesn't care, it's adaptable. I was just wondering what everyone else was doing.
