My a/c has a short in it it decides when it wants to blow cold and when it doesnt its charged i checked everything but the a/c clutch will not get power to work i replaced the switch on the inside and when i would wiggle a purple wire it would work again but would lose power when i hit a bump any wiring ideas to look for? everything else on the a/c system works i just have a short in my wires any help?
If you shake that wire and get a response/reaction it has to be that wire or one that moves with it, could be a loose a connector it goes into or one near it that moves when you shake it.
You're going to have to follow it regardless of where it goes until you find the problem.
